I spent years in retail buying and inventory planning, watching independent store owners make the same mistake over and over: ordering too much of the wrong stuff and running out of the things that actually sell.
The fix isn't complicated. It's the same math the big chains use. But the tools built for those chains cost tens of thousands of dollars, and the "affordable" apps never quite work the way a real planner thinks.
So I started building what I wish existed: simple Excel tools that plug into Shopify and give you the same visibility the big players have. No apps, no contracts, no learning curve. Just the numbers you need to buy smarter.
